How do I check an IP address on a stand alone installation?

If you have the IPassan software installed and running on your laptop/PC and the site is open but you are showing as disconnected

Then click Tools and then IpSearch

Wait for the search tool to finish scanning the network.

Select the controller you are connected to (If your controller is not available, check network and power supplies) then click Communication server

 

If the IP address above is different to the IP address of your laptop, please change your laptop IPv4 settings to match, or change the IP address of the Server address in this window to match your laptop/PC and click update (Default password is 0000 to update this setting)
