How too schedule a call with the Urmet Technical Team

If you have a technical enquiry, and are planning to be on site on a specific day, you can request a call back from our Technical department on that day.

You must first email with the following: 

  1. The part number/s you are enquiring about
  2. 5 digit number on the PSU (if available)
  3. The number on the connection diagram you are working from (found in the bottom right of the diagram, in a box, starting with UD0)
  4. Is it a maintenance install or a new install?
  5. System Type
  6. Site Name
  7. An exact description of what the problem/enquiry is
  8. Any Photos/ supporting videos

Our technical team will first evaluate whether a call back is necessary, and assist you via email if they can. 

If it is determined that a call back is necessary, our technical team will confirm this via email, at which point you need to inform our technical team of a time and date to arrange the call. 

Our technical team will confirm once this is booked in. 

NOTE: It is at the discretion of our technical team when deciding if a call back is necessary.
