I don't have an account- what does this mean?

If you do not have an account with us, you may be eligible to open one. 

Non-account customers are not allowed access to credit, meaning that any and all products purchased must be paid for either on the website, or through a pro forma invoice.

Specifically, it means that you must buy your spare parts online using our website; and you must buy products off our product line using our 'Request a quote' service, and then confirm your order and pay using pro forma invoice. 

Spare Part Purchases

If you do not have an account with us, you must order your spare parts on our website and pay either by Paypal or credit card.

If the spare part you require is not on the website, then you can use our 'Request a quote' feature, and use a purchase order to confirm your order, then you will pay using a pro forma invoice. 

Product Line Purchases

To purchase a product off of our product line, you must first use our 'Request a quote' service.

When you have received your quote back from our customer service team and are happy it needs no more any revisions, confirm your order via a purchase order. 

You must pay using a pro forma invoice either by BACS or credit card.
