How to track an order

You are able to track your order using DPD's tracking service.


NOTE: If you provide your email and phone number when ordering, you will receive email and phone notifications from DPD regarding the status of your order. 

How does it work?

  1. When you place an order, you receive an auto-acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. 
  2. You receive another email confirming when we have dispatched your order; your order number is included on the dispatch note. 
  3. Put your order number into the DPD tracking service- found here: 

NOTE: The order number on your delivery note is hyperlinked to the DPD website, clicking this number will take you straight to DPD's parcel tracking service, where you can view the current status of your order.
